Stamping

Star Manufacturing Inc. is a production metal fabricator, producing complex stamped components based on strict customer design specifications. We produce parts from a wide variety of metals, up to 6mm thick and widths up to 24 inches (609 mm). We offer our customers a wide range of versatile press equipment, ranging from 60 Tons up to 600Tons.

Our stamping department is staffed with highly trained press operators, which utilize sensors to optimize press speeds and monitor critical characteristics of the tools. We have a fully equipped toolroom, with some of the most talented/experienced tool-maintenance personnel within the industry. We work with our customers to produce parts from prints, CAD files, and in some cases &ndash reverse engineering.

We have an outstanding Quality Department, with technicians that are trained to know our customers expectations. We build quality and inspection into processes at the earliest stages of a program. We are fully versed in the PPAP process and train our people to understand our customers critical characteristics. Our Quality Systems are registered to the IS0 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004.
